The HCBA serves a 10 county region within the Central Texas Hill Country, including the Highland Lakes and Wine Country. Our professional education programs focus on industry best practices and career development opportunities. Our members are also actively involved in a number of community leadership programs and youth initiatives that provide hands-on training and education for high school students and young adults. Membership Directory 2020 Coronavirus Pandemic As the concerns over coronavirus/COVID-19 escalate around the country, we have seen multiple actions by local, state and national officials to limit the spread of the virus. As the health and safety of our Hill Country Builder Association membership, staff, sponsors and other partners is our utmost concern, the Executive Board President has made the decision to suspend all in-person Association meetings and events until June 30, 2020. This includes the upcoming HCBA Board and Committee meetings, mixers/networking events, the Highland Lakes Golf Tournament, and all other in-person Association related meetings or events scheduled during this time period.
